Developer treats media reps to evening of food and music

MEDIA agencies were treated to an evening of local delicacies, coffee and live band music by Hunza Properties Group.

The Media-Get-Together event at the Penang International Commercial City (PICC) sales gallery in Bayan Lepas also saw guests winning lucky draw prizes.

Hunza Group executive director Khor Tze Ming who spoke on behalf of Hunza Group managing director Datuk Khor Siang Gin said they were thrilled to mingle with the media.

“We are planning more events in the months to come including Hunza Group’s 45th anniversary celebration in 2023,” she said.

Tze Ming said their 17.4ha PICC commercial city would be a game changer.

She added that work on the multi-billion ringgit mixed integrated development carried on despite the challenges over the past two years.

“Our newest milestone MUZE@PICC will be ready next year.

“Phase 2, which includes the commercial heart of PICC encompassing a shopping mall, an office tower-cum-global business service hub and an international-ranked hotel, will soon be taking shape.

“We will be breaking ground for three towers of serviced apartments (dubbed the VIZ Lifestyle) in the next two months,” said Tze Ming.

Hunza Group shared a video of MUZE@PICC featuring group chief executive officer of sales and marketing Datuk Lily Tan.

It is reported that Muze@PICC will be the tallest residential building in the northern region with a height of 205.5m.

Hunza Group founder Datuk Seri Khor Teng Tong warmly welcomed guests at the dinner.
